IntegrationsFinal Surge · Training plans

Bring your Final Surge training calendar into ChatGPT or Claude.

Your Final Surge calendar already holds the plan, and maybe your coach's notes. Build your Athmex profile so ChatGPT or Claude also knows the athlete following it: the race you're preparing for, the paces and PBs you trust, the days you can train and the constraints that make the plan yours.

Can ChatGPT or Claude use Final Surge training?

Yes. Final Surge can be part of a ChatGPT or Claude coaching setup. The watch or app that recorded each workout often has its own route to the assistant, and you can share your planned week in the conversation.

Athmex supplies the race, paces, availability and constraints around the plan. Start your profile, connect it to ChatGPT or Claude, and we'll help you bring your Final Surge training into the same setup. Athmex doesn't import Final Surge data.

Planned and completed, side by side

Final Surge athletes work from a training calendar: structured workouts on the days they're planned, with completed sessions beside them and weekly totals for each sport. Coaches use it to write plans and leave notes; self-coached athletes use it to follow bought plans.

The gap between planned and completed is where the useful questions are. An assistant can help you understand a missed week, adjust a plan around travel or read your weekly history against the race.

Readiness and recovery

Final Surge can show a daily readiness score from HRV. Like any recovery number, it's most useful when read against the session you had planned and how close the race is.
