The service

Athmex is operated by Lee Evans, trading as Athmex ("we", "us"). Athmex holds your training context and makes it available to Claude or ChatGPT.

Athmex is currently free during open beta. Anyone can create an account.

Your profile may include performance baselines, goals, races, injuries and constraints, equipment and shoe rotation, and qualitative sweat-rate or sweat-salt self-assessments. These are athlete-provided context, not laboratory or medical measurements.

Athmex does not give training or medical advice

Athmex supplies data. Any training guidance, plan or interpretation you receive comes from Claude or ChatGPT, not from Athmex. AI assistants can be wrong, including confidently wrong.

Nothing produced through Athmex is medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme, and particularly if you are injured, unwell, or have a medical condition.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, including any connection credential issued for use with Claude or ChatGPT. Do not share it. Tell us at support@athmex.com if you believe it has been compromised.

Connected platforms and assistants

Athmex does not connect to your training platform. You connect your training platform to Claude or ChatGPT yourself, using that platform's own connector, subject to their terms. When you connect Claude or ChatGPT to Athmex, your data is sent to that provider and handled under their terms. We are not responsible for how they process, store or retain it.

Payment

Athmex is free during open beta. If paid membership launches, pricing and any trial terms will be presented before any charge is taken.

Availability

Athmex is provided as-is, without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that data will always be current.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from training decisions made using data supplied through Athmex. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending it

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
