FORM Swim Goggles · Swim goggles
Bring your FORM swim training into ChatGPT or Claude.
Your FORM goggles already track splits, stroke rate and pace per 100. Build your Athmex profile so ChatGPT or Claude also knows the swimmer: the race and swim distance you're preparing for, your threshold swim pace, pool and open-water access, and any shoulder that needs care.

Can ChatGPT or Claude use FORM Swim Goggles training?
Yes. FORM swims can form part of a ChatGPT or Claude coaching setup. FORM swims can reach Claude through a supported activity route, and ChatGPT through Apple Health for eligible ChatGPT Health users, though set-by-set detail may not travel.
Athmex supplies the swimmer around those sessions: your race, swim distance, threshold pace, access to open water and constraints. Start your profile, connect it to ChatGPT or Claude, and we'll help you bring FORM into the same setup. Athmex doesn't import FORM data.
What FORM records
FORM goggles show your metrics in the lens while you swim and record the session for later. Pace per 100, split times, stroke rate, stroke count, distance per stroke and, with a heart-rate sensor, heart rate. Each length and each rest is logged, so the app can separate a warm-up from the main set.
HeadCoach adds structured workouts and in-goggle coaching. Open-water swims add distance and pace without a wall to count lengths.

Pool sets and threshold pace
Most structured swim training runs off one number: the pace you can hold for a hard, sustained effort, often called CSS or threshold pace. Sets of 100s or 200s are built around it.
An AI coach can help build sets, adjust them when pace drops and decide when your threshold has moved. It needs the number to start from. Keep your threshold swim pace in Athmex, with its date.

Stroke rate and distance per stroke
Stroke rate and distance per stroke move together. Faster turnover with a shorter stroke can feel fast and be slower. A longer stroke at the same rate is usually a sign of improving technique.
Those are useful trends for an assistant to discuss, especially across a block. They're not a substitute for a coach watching you swim, and an honest AI coach will say so.
Heart rate and effort in the water
Swimming is the hardest sport to read by heart rate from the wrist. With a compatible heart-rate sensor, FORM records heart rate through each set, which helps separate a genuinely hard swim from a technically messy one.
An assistant can compare heart rate and pace across repeats. If pace falls while heart rate climbs, fatigue or form is breaking down. If both hold steady, the set was pitched right.
Open water and triathlon
Pool fitness doesn't fully transfer to open water. Sighting, drafting, cold and a wetsuit all change the swim. Triathletes need open-water practice before race day, and many can only reach open water on some weekends.
Put your race, its swim distance and your open-water access in Athmex. ChatGPT or Claude can then plan when to practise and how to balance swim sessions with the bike and run.
Masters swimmers and triathletes
The same goggles serve different goals, and the assistant should know yours.
Masters and pool swimmers
Stroke-specific sets, turns and race-pace work for a pool event. Keep your event and best times in Athmex, and the assistant can plan around your club sessions.
Triathletes
Steady aerobic swimming, sighting practice and a swim that leaves energy for the bike. The assistant can keep swim sessions proportionate to the rest of the week.
What ChatGPT or Claude can do with FORM swims
- Build pool sets from threshold pace
- Plan sets around the swim pace you trust.
- Prepare for open water
- Plan open-water practice before a triathlon or open-water race.
- Read stroke trends
- Talk through what changing stroke rate and distance per stroke suggest.
- Fit swimming into a tri week
- Balance pool time with bike and run around your race.
FORM Swim Goggles shows what happened. Athmex explains what you're training for.
Your AI coach does the reasoning. It reasons better when it knows the athlete, and that part stays in your Athmex profile for every conversation.

Questions FORM Swim Goggles athletes ask about ChatGPT and Claude
Can ChatGPT use my FORM swim data?
FORM swims can reach ChatGPT through Apple Health for eligible ChatGPT Health users. Detailed set data may not travel, so share the sets that matter.
Can Claude read my FORM swims?
Yes, through a supported activity route, with distance, time and heart rate where recorded.
Can AI use my stroke rate and distance per stroke?
Share them in the conversation when they matter; swim-specific metrics often stay in the swim app.
Can ChatGPT plan open-water swims for a triathlon?
Yes, when it knows your race, swim distance and access to open water, which Athmex keeps ready.
Can AI build pool sets from my FORM swims?
Yes. Share a recent main set and your threshold pace, and ChatGPT or Claude can suggest the next session, with repeats, rest and target pace per 100. You can then build it in the FORM app or swim it from a note on the pool deck.
With your race and weekly schedule in Athmex, the sets also fit around your bike and run.
Can AI tell me if my swim technique is improving?
It can read the signs in your numbers: stroke count per length, distance per stroke and pace at the same effort over several weeks. It can't see your stroke, so for real technique work a coach watching you swim is still worth it.
